Grains

We use only the highest quality ingredients for your brewing pleasure.  Start off on the right foot with these select grains.  We have everything needed to produce just about any beer style, but we will continue to add to our list.  

If there is any grain you want that we don't have, please let us know!

 

 

For 1 gallon batches

2 pounds of grain is a good standard for 1 gallon batches

• 1.5 pounds for a lighter ale

• 2 pounds for an average ale

• 2.5 to 3 pounds for a strong ale
